Download Activex Calendar Control Access 2013
By default a control bound to a Date datatype or formatted for dates will have a date picker control built in.
If you need something more there are loads of form based date pickers available. I like TimePieces at utteraccess.com.
Hope this helps,

The date picker is a very clumsy way to change dates especially if they are years apart! I would like to know if there is an updated ActiveX Calendar control that will work in Access 2016 that I could download to my computer. The ocx Calendar control worked fabulously in Access 2007. Will the Calendar control 10.0 work in Access 2016 if I can find it somewhere and install it properly?

Hi Scott,
Timepieces sounds interesting as I'm having the same datepicker issue. If I use it to create a datepicker-style field in a form that others will be using, would the users of the form also need to install Timepieces or just whoever is creating the form? Thanks!

TimePieces is a set of form based date and time pickers. The developer needs to import the forms they want to use into their apps along with the modules included. The demo app shows how to use the forms to select dates and/or time.
